Our expertise encompasses everything from independently operated restaurants, coffee shops, and local bars, to mid-scale restaurant groups and International hotels, as well as unique opportunities within boutique lodging B&B’s and state of the art eatertainment venues.

History

Third House Hospitality Consulting is an arm of Vucurevich Simons Advisory Group (VSAG), an industry-leading, global restaurant consulting and development firm founded in 2004 by Michael Vucurevich and Dan Simons. VSAG is a group of world-class operators, managers, and strategists who are best known for their work with Founding Farmers, some of the most booked and most profitable independent restaurants in the nation.  For clients also needing support finding the right talent, we work closely with our recruiting partners at The Talent Shop.
